A five year dedicated team partnership that helped a London studio scale delivery (2020 to today)

How it started

In 2020, Mobius began working with Nous Partners, an independent design and tech studio in London working across brand, websites, web apps, print, and content for premium clients.  They needed extra engineering capacity they could rely on long term, not short term freelancers, and the goal was straightforward: move faster without lowering the bar.

How we supported the team

We started with one engineer supporting active projects and quickly aligned with their process and quality standards. As demand grew, we scaled the partnership into a stable managed setup and added the roles that keep delivery predictable at higher volume. Over time this became a dedicated team with engineers, QA, and DevOps, giving Nous consistent capacity and ownership across multiple workstreams.

What we worked on

Nous delivers modern websites and web applications, and our team helped them ship more of that work while keeping quality consistent.  DevOps support focused on repeatable deployments, stable environments, and production reliability. QA strengthened release confidence by keeping testing and regression checks consistent as the pace increased.

Where it is today

Five years in, Nous has grown from a small studio into a leading London agency for premium brand and digital work, and Mobius has supported that growth as a long term delivery partner.  We still work together today with sprint based delivery, stable capacity, and a shared focus on clean releases and reliable results.
